How to Place an Order Online

To place an order online, you must be set up as a dealer. If you are not set up as a dealer on SterlingSeatingInc.com, you can sign up here.

Sterling Seating Inc. first provides you a custom quotation for your selections. From the quotation you receive, you can pick and choose among the quoted items and can "accept" any or all of them which then places your order at the quoted prices. Here are the steps:

View the items on the site and when you find something you want a price for, click "Add to Quote". Continue doing so until your quote "cart" contains all of the items you wish to have quoted.
Select View Quote at the upper right of the screen.
Click Request Quote at the bottom left of the list of items. Your request will be forwarded to Sterling Seating Inc. and a custom quote will be prepared for you. You will be sent an email containing a link to that quote.
Receive the email and click the link in it to view your custom quote.
Revise as necessary and request another quote, or Accept the quote which will place your order. When your order has been submitted, at any time you can log on to Sterling Seating Inc. and enter your ID and Password (specified during checkout) to check on the status of your order.
